I decided to grab the Primeval Labs app to get some amino acids. I heard it was a solid brand with quality stuff, and I still think that’s true. However, when I tried to place my order, the total with the discount for a bottle of EAA’s came to 26 bucks, and then they slapped me with a shipping fee of 49.99! That’s just crazy! 50 bucks for standard shipping that takes 2 to 5 days? Seriously, what a scam!

The quality of the items is truly impressive. That said, the delivery takes its sweet time. If you're looking for quick shipping, you might wanna steer clear of this company.

I’m a big fan of Primeval products! My workouts are yielding great results since I’ve got more energy and can exercise for longer. I kick things off with Mega Pre, use Vasogorge during, and EEA’s afterward. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

My package arrived right on schedule, particularly during these challenging days. It actually showed up ahead of time, and this item really boosts my energy levels.

I bought a couple of tubes from Primeval Labs. One was EAA MAX -WATERMELON, which was fresh and great to use. However, the second one, MEGA PRE- SMASHBERRY, was a total letdown. As soon as I opened it, the smell was just off, and it was all clumped and wet. I really don’t think it’s safe for anyone, human or animal, to consume. I've reached out to them several times asking for either a full refund or a replacement, but I haven’t heard back yet. In one of the replies, the person acknowledged the issue after I sent photos that clearly showed the product's condition. This stuff isn’t cheap, and I worked hard to buy it from a company I thought I could trust, so I’m really let down by this experience! I get that we’re all dealing with the covid-19 situation, but if you can take my money through PayPal and send out a product that’s not fit for consumption, then you should have the time to fix this issue like a professional business should! I want either my money back or a fresh tube of MEGA PRE- SMASHBERRY because I’m sure not every batch is like this, right?

The customer service is just awful. Waiting two weeks for your supplements? That's a total joke! They should really consider using a different courier instead of Hermes. When you reach out via email to check on your package, their response is basically, 'Not our problem, we shipped it fast from our warehouse; it's the courier's issue.' Seriously? 🤯

This company is a total mess. I placed my order on a Monday after calling them up. They assured me they had the item I wanted available. I even paid extra for two-day shipping, and got tracking info the same day. But when Wednesday rolled around, still no product. I tried reaching out multiple times on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and even the next Monday. No one picked up the phone, and I never got a callback. My emails went unanswered too. After four calls on a Tuesday, I finally got through to someone. Their response? "Sorry, we don’t have that item in stock. It was never shipped." Their communication is just awful. They claimed to have it in stock when I called, but clearly, they didn’t. And to top it off, they didn’t even bother to let me know? I guess I was just supposed to figure it out when my package didn’t arrive. This seems to be their way of doing business.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the supplements from Primeval Labs! The sales team always has fantastic offers. They’re super easy to deal with, ship quickly, and the quality is top-notch. I totally go wild for these folks!

EAA Max is truly a fantastic supplement. It helps me stay energized and gives me the stamina to power through my workouts. I really enjoy using Mega Pre White later in the day (non-stimulant) for an awesome pump.

Primeval Labs offers some of the finest products I've ever tried. The protein blends perfectly with anything, whether you're making protein oatmeal or tossing a scoop into ice cream. The pre-workout, especially the smashberry flavor, is the real deal and gives you that extra boost. I’d totally suggest it to all my friends.

You won't find anything better than these EAA products out there... I've sampled a bunch of brands, and honestly, none stack up to Primeval EAA & EAA Max.

I’m really enjoying it! I’m sticking with Primeval Labs from here on out since I’m all about brand loyalty!
